Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and any other terms and conditions and policies we publish or link to (together, the "Agreement"). Capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Service.
-
Print-on-demand and fulfilment - all of our Products are printed on demand and are unique to each customer. Your order is fulfilled by a third-party printer who sources the blank materials. Our print locations are situated in different areas around the world, and your order will be printed and shipped from the location closest to you in order to minimise delivery time and costs. Because each Product is made especially for you, please carefully check your personalisation details before placing your order. We are not able to accept returns or provide refunds for Products where the personalisation details you provided were incorrect, except as required by law.
-
Processing and delivery times - as our Products are printed on demand and shipped from our global network of fulfilment partners, processing and estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout. Any delivery timeframes shown at checkout or on our Website are estimates only and are not guaranteed, except to the extent required by law. Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to receive Products within a reasonable time.
-
Shipping costs, customs and duties - shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may be payable on delivery.
-
Late, lost, stolen or damaged deliveries - if you have any issues with late, lost, stolen or damaged deliveries, please contact us at hello@paperstudio.store as soon as possible after your expected delivery date (ideally within 48 hours of receiving your order for damage). We will assist you in liaising with the relevant courier company. This timeframe does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply for a reasonable time depending on the Product.
-
Order changes and cancellations - once you place an order, we may not be able to cancel or change it, as your order will have already been sent to our print-on-demand fulfilment partner for processing. Where we are unable to fulfil an order, or part of an order, we will contact you and provide a full refund or, where only part of your order is affected, ask whether you would like a replacement, substitution or refund.
-
Liability - to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any Loss or Damage arising from lost or stolen Products during delivery, any late delivery, or any interruption to shipping caused by a Force Majeure Event. Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
